CLT Document Archive

Documents - by Bonnie Acker (c) 2015This digital Archive is dedicated to preserving historical documents that track the intellectual origins, organizational purposes, early plans, and later development of institutions with a national reach that have been instrumental in helping to grow the community land trust movement in the United States.

It will focus on collecting and posting CLT documents unavailable elsewhere, especially those at risk of being lost as key institutions are dissolved or submerged under the corporate umbrella of another organization. This Archive will try not duplicate, therefore, CLT materials that can already be found on the websites of the National CLT Network (www.cltnetwork.org), the Schumacher Society for a New Economics (www.centerforneweconomics.org), or the CLT Resource Center of Burlington Associates in Community Development (www.burlingtonassociates.com).

Historical documents related to the origins of local community land trusts are posted elsewhere on Roots&Branches, under PROFILES.
